Summary: Responsible for promotional, social media, office work,┬ and┬ design┬ support of the marketing for the┬ food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Setup and run promotional tables to increase meal plan sales, increase social media usage, food tastings and more!

  • Complete┬ mandatory amounts of annual surveys around campus.

  • Great communication skills - oral and written

  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.

  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students parents and Supervisor.

  • Design and development of advertising campaigns and signage.

  • Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.

  • Ability to suggestive sell to students

  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop marketing collateral (including daily/weekly/monthly menu signage) to assist in driving sales at target locations.

  • Assist with maintaining account specific Dine on Campus website, promoting meal plans, as well as, all retail, satellite and board operations.

  • Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

  • Must be able to carry at least 30 pounds to move supplies and setup marketing tables.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
