Data Entry Assistant Highland Heights, KY (Primarily Remote) Contract to Hire - $16.
50/HR Pay Rate Under general supervision, the Data Entry Assistant enters/maintains site database with accuracy and within assigned timelines.
The Data Entry Assistant also provides clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and follow up, filing and storage of documents and other duties as assigned or required.
Handling order supplies and resending of reports requests received by fax or e-mail will also be the responsibility of the Data Entry Assistant.
Education and
Experience:
o High School diploma Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent client and phone service skills Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy Accurate data entry skills Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making Problem resolution skills Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data Recommended Skills Data Entry Positions Data Entry Processes Data Entry Role Data Processing Needs Office Windows Apply to this job.
