The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office staff, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the front office.
Provide customer service to guests and visitors.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Manage front office staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure that all front office staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
Ensure that all front office areas are clean and organized.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and rates.
